Each member of the staff at Prairie Fire Gymnastics brings to the team dynamic characteristics. Everyone goes through a rigorous background check. They also have gymnastics experience, through previous participation or coaching or both.

Prairie Fire knows that it is important to continually keep up on new and improved methods of coaching, so periodic training sessions are held for staff members to remain at the top of their game. As a member club in USA Gymnastics, opportunities for professional development are available and encouraged. Competitive team coaches and the owners are each professional members of USA Gymnastics and are all safety certified.
